This assignment addresses course outcomes #1 and 3 and module learning objectives #1 and 2.
Your task is to write a professional email to your student organization, as their president, discussing a future conference and inviting ideas for professional speakers and anything else that such a conference may entail (date, venue, catering, number of guests based on venue capacity, guest speaker(s), entertainment, cost, available budget, transportation to and from the venue, parking, security, etc.)
Your email should be between 250-400 words, written in MS Word, 12-pt Times New Roman, single spaced, double-spaced between paragraphs. It will be difficult to make this email succinct, but this will give you an opportunity to practice how to write concisely, yet conveying all the important information.
