Instructions
This assignment addresses:
Module Objectives:- What is a database
- How to use MS Access (overview)
- Database Maintenance (basic)
- Database objects
- Relationships - What connects tables (basic)
- Navigate program menus/ribbon elements, screen manipulation, drafting/printing/copying work using databases
- Understand and apply basic database maintenance
- Define relationships between tables including one-to-one, one-to-many, and many-to-many
Steps for Completing the Assignment:
- Download the attached 'Module Access 1 Assignment.pdf' file and go over the instructions included
- Name your database: Lastname_Firstname_Access_Practice1 <- use your last and first name.
- Complete the assignment using the MS Access software.
- Create a zip file of the MS Access database submit to your instructor via email. The zip file should be named Lastname_Firstname_Access_Practice1.zip <- use your last and first name.
- Note that if the file is too large, email a OneDrive link to the zip file to your instructor.
- EMAIL YOUR INSTRUCTOR ASAP IF YOU RUN INTO ANY ISSUES. DO NOT WAIT TILL THE LAST MINUTE!
