Your [first] post is due on [day of week] by [time] CST. Your responses to other students are due on [day of week] by [time] CST. [Adjust for number of posts. To be updated by instructor.]
Your responses including responses to other students' posts should be at least a paragraph or 150 words long. Respond to 2 peers posts with a substantial and meaningful response. A simple “I agree” or “Yes” or “LOL” will not count. Please think about the questions and your peers' responses and reply thoughtfully and courteously, according to netiquette rules. Use good English grammar, correct punctuation, and complete sentences.
Discussion Question:
Many of us can identify with the discussion of Public Speaking anxiety in Chapter 2 of the textbook. Think about a recent event where you have engaged in public speaking, what did you think about the opportunity to speak before you did it? What did you think after you were done with the speech?
What tips could you share with the class about ways you have overcome anxiety when faced with doing something difficult?
