So, that tells me that all of these actions already happened:

The verbo desayunar is conjugated as desayunaste in the past tense for the tú form.

Another wat to identify the past tense is by looking at time expressions:

For example:
Esta mañana, refers to this morning.
Ayer: yesterday
La semana pasada: last week
So, this tells me that these questions are asking me about past tense.

So, 

1-¿Desayunaste esta mañana? It is a yes or no question, so I have to say Sí o no.
